EXCELLENT Based on 709 reviews Posted on Google Eric SniderTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a fantastic experience with the California Non-Resident training. Bret has been extremely helpful with key information for obtaining approval of my application as well as the live-fire certification with an NRA certified instructor. I highly recommend anyone interested in obtaining a CCW to reach out to Riverside CCW Training.Posted on Google M MendozaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. "Ms. Lea was the one who helped me fill out my application and, more than anything, guided me through the things I needed. The process was very easy and fast. In reality, I don't know if I'm going to be approved, but it doesn't matter; I took the class and the course, which is the most important thing. Now I have the knowledge of how and when to use a weapon. I highly recommend them, and I hope you get to fill out your application with Lea so you can see how easy and fast your process will be."Posted on Google Sage “Kamakani” MontevilleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I used azccwonline to help me with my training and application process for my CA CCW. I couldn’t be happier with the training and service they provided to me. The online training was excellent. It was very informative and comprehensive. Lea helped me with the application. She walked me through the application online and was very knowledgeable and helped me navigate the application. They set me up with a local instructor to complete my qualification. Lea was always available when I had questions. The end result was an approved CCW application that went perfect. I highly recommend.Posted on Google SethTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I wanted to obtain my California CCW as an out-of-state resident, and I chose AZ CCW to help guide me through the process. Their website was easy to navigate, which made getting started simple. Since this was for California, the process was far from straightforward and ended up being fairly complicated. However, their team was outstanding every step of the way. Any time I had a question or concern, they responded quickly and were extremely helpful. They even identified potential issues with the California fingerprinting process before I completed and submitted mine, which saved me both time and money. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for assistance with the California CCW process.Posted on Google David AcostaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. As a first time customer I had no idea how to proceed and obtain my Arizona CCW. Lea provided me with step by step guidance to ensure a smooth and timely process in getting the CCW. The class itself was interesting and I would highly recomend you call Lea, she will set you on the right path. Aloha, Dave A.Posted on Google Reno RolleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was ripped off by AZ CCW ONLINE. I originally applied for a concealed carry permit a few years back while living in California. My initial impression was that this was a professional organization, offering a legitimate service. I had to jump through some hoops to clean up an arrest from 1979, when I was a 17 year old minor almost 50 years ago. I had to contact the archival records department in Philadelphia to furnish proof that my case was dismissed. This was inconvenient, but certainly not unreasonable. My permit was eventually issued. After a few years, I noticed recently that my permit had expired so I contacted AZ CCW again to inquire about renewing my permit. I spoke with Lea, who told me that for $140 she could expedite the process and make it very easy. What happened was the exact opposite. For some reason, I was told my documentation confirming dismissal of my case back in 1979, was inadequate. I was told that I would have to contact the state of Pennsylvania to prove that my case was dismissed, even though the document I presented and WAS ORIGINALLY ACCEPTED, clearly states “DISMISSED.” I explained that this is the very same document I originally submitted but was told it was insufficient and that I needed to contact the State of Pennsylvania. I did and got a new document on Pennsylvania State letterhead, stating clearly: “CASE DISMISSED”. This was apparently still not enough. I was jerked around for more than a month, spending countless hours trying to navigate a quagmire of ineptitude and finally gave up. At this point, it just makes sense to get my license from another state. Ideally one, not as corrupt as Arizona. So, I called Lea and requested a refund. Instead, I got an insulting lecture about how it’s not her fault and I should have made better choices. I can understand if your job is to follow policy and you don’t have the authority to change policy, but to insult a paying customer, with a legitimate complaint, is unacceptable. AND to charge money for expediting service that is never provided, is also unacceptable. I paid Lea to act as my Agent thinking it would help to have an expert onboard to make things easy. Lea took my money but failed to deliver the service promised. In my humble experience, AZ CCW ONLINE is a marketing trap, designed to ensnare hard working consumers trying to exercise their constitutional rights. BE WARNED.Posted on Google Jack DiazTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. AZ CCW Online were so helpful with getting my CCW. Every step of the way they made it clear and easy. Lea in particular was so amazing, she was so helpful and professional. Would highly recommend.
